London New Writing Forum - TV Drama (May) & Film (Nov)

Following a hugely successful 2012, where several featured writers got options, agents and deals, our 2013 calendar of events looks equally as promising with some very exciting changes. The May Forum will focus on TV Drama and the November Forum will concentrate on Film. Last year's events were held in London and New York. This year writers, whose work is featured at our London events, will be offered a full script report from a top script reader after the event. This will be timed so as to give the writers time to revise their work taking into account feedback received at the event. Our incredible 2012 guests included Christine Langan (Head of BBC Films), Jenni Konner (Showrunner and Exec Producer of GIRLS) and the return of our incredible patron BAFTA-winning director John Madden. Our industry jury included representatives from the major literary agencies, directors, writers and actors. We featured the work of 12 different writers and nine different scripts.
